2. Shipping Policy

Shipping

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination) 

Prices: Standard shipping for most countries: Free (depending on destination) or Flat Rate $20.                 

Shipping to High-Cost Countries (Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Cape Verde, Madagascar, Mauritius, etc.):  Flat Rate or Weight-Based Rate applies, e.g., $50 for packages 0–1 kg, $80 for 1–5 kg.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight.

  • Customers in High-Cost Countries should check shipping fees before completing checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country.

3. Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase — please contact us immediately at support@dripflex.net
